We were on a tour and our guide took our group of 25+ to a different coffee shop to use the restrooms — which make it packed. As soon as he mentioned that Starbucks was right around the corner, we quickly hoofed it over so that we could be at the front of the line. The service was fast, the frappuccinos were delicious, we found stools to relax on for 15 minutes, and the restroom in the basement was clean. Overall we were very pleased. Total for 3 venti drinks was 16 euro.

Visited this place couple of times. The ambience of this place is really nice and cosy . You can sit here and chill with your friends for like hours. Their coffees and frappes are really worth trying.

I ordered a Venti Mocha Frappuccino with the whipped cream shaken so that it would be firm, chocolate drizzle and no lid. I got everything I asked for — except that the whipped cream was weak and runny!!! The Frappuccino was runny without enough ice when it was made

I usually get the same drink and rarely is it incorrect. The staff here seems to pay close attention unlike some locations. Always greeted upon coming in. The only downside is the music is typically very loud in certain areas if you sit down. Always clean and sanitized, bathrooms look well maintained. Service is quick and you have to ask for your drink, they don’t just leave it out on the counter like every other location I’ve been.
